This Privacy Policy describes how Image To Form Auto Filler collects, uses, maintains, and protects the information of our users in relation to the Google Chrome browser extension, "Image To Form Auto Filler".

Our commitment is to transparency and security, in full compliance with the Chrome Web Store Developer Program Policies, which require us to limit the use of data to the sole purpose of the extension.

Our extension collects and stores the minimum data strictly necessary for authentication and the provision of the premium service.

2. Compliance with Chrome Web Store Policy

In adherence to the Chrome Web Store policies, we declare the following:

  • Limited Use of Data: We use the Email and User ID exclusively for the single purpose of authenticating your account for the Premium subscription and providing the extension service. We do not use this data for other purposes (such as advertising, data mining, behavioral tracking, etc.).

  • Prohibition of Transfer for Advertising: We do NOT sell, share, transfer, or use your User ID or Email for personalized advertising purposes or to any third-party platform (such as advertising platforms or data brokers).

  • Transparency and Consent: The collection of this data is necessary for the core functionality (Premium subscription). By installing the extension and logging in/authenticating, you explicitly consent to the collection and use of the data described in this policy for the purpose of Premium account authentication.

3. Data Sharing and Third Parties

The data we collect is not shared, sold, or transferred to third parties, except in the following limited circumstances:

  • Payment Processors: Your payment data (such as credit card details) is processed by a third-party platform (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Lemon Squeezy) to manage your subscription. We DO NOT store your payment information on our servers.

  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or valid legal process, or to protect our rights and safety.

4. Data Security

We employ robust security measures to protect the information we store:

  • Email (KV Server): The email address is stored in a Key-Value (KV) database with encryption at rest and is accessed only for the purpose of Premium account verification. All communication between the extension and our server is conducted using the HTTPS/TLS protocol to ensure encryption in transit.

  • User ID (Local Storage): The User ID is stored in the browser's local storage, which is secure and isolated from other extensions and websites.

5. Data Retention

We retain your Email Address in our database only for the duration of your active subscription.

  • If you cancel your subscription and/or uninstall the extension, your Email Address will be removed from our database within [Insert a Reasonable Time Frame, e.g., 30 to 60] days.

  • The User ID is removed from chrome.storage.local immediately upon uninstallation or browser data clearing.

6. User Rights (Access, Change, and Deletion)

You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold.

  • Deletion: If you wish to have your Email Address permanently deleted from our system, you must cancel your subscription and uninstall the extension. After this process, send a request to trabalhoseartigos@gmail.com We will process the deletion within 60 days.

  • Access and Change: For any requests to access or change your Email, please contact us directly.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page. In the event of significant changes to how we collect, use, or share your data, we will notify you and/or seek your explicit consent before implementing the new data practices.
